Summer in the City Luncheon and Fashion Show
A stylish and spirited afternoon brought the community together in support of K2 Adventures Foundation, raising vital funds for Arizona families facing life-changing challenges. Through fashion, philanthropy, and connection, the event highlighted the powerful impact of giving back close to home.
Last April, the spirit of community and generosity was on full display at the “Summer in the City” Luncheon and Fashion Show, co-chaired by Susana McKee and Danielle Merrill. Hosted in support of the K2 Adventures Foundation, the event brought together more than 300 guests for a vibrant day of fashion, philanthropy, and heartfelt connection. The day featured a silent auction, live auction, a beautiful handbag raffle, and a fashion show presented by DC Ranch Market Street's iBoutique and Fatigues.
Beyond the elegance and excitement, the event played a vital role in supporting individuals and families across Arizona facing life-changing medical and financial circumstances, with proceeds directly benefiting impactful local programs including K2 Crafts, K2 Food for Families, K2 Kitchens, K2 Strength to Thrive, the Laurie Malone Educational Scholarship Award, and the K2 Gus Mendez Valor Initiative—showcasing how a community coming together can truly change lives.
