Every year, Zoe and I get creative in the kitchen and make a festive “Turkey” veggie tray. It’s become one of our favorite traditions and a colorful way to add fresh vegetables alongside the turkey, stuffing, and potatoes. Plus, it’s cute enough to be a centerpiece!

Ingredients & Directions:
  • Base layer (feathers): Arrange celery sticks, cucumber slices, and snap peas in a fan shape.
  • Middle layer: Add rows of carrot sticks and mini bell pepper halves (red, yellow, and orange) for the rest of the turkey’s feathers.
  • Face & body: Place a small bowl of ranch dressing at the bottom center for dipping. Use extra slices of bell peppers to create the turkey’s beak, eyes, and wattle on top of the dip.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy. It’s simple, fun, and always a hit at our Thanksgiving table!
