On the evening of April 1st, nearly 40 Shearwater residents gathered at Bella Vista in Fruit Cove for our very first Neighbors Night Out restaurant review — and what a night it was!

From the moment we arrived, Paolo and his exceptional team made us feel like honored guests. While many of us were already familiar with Bella Vista, none of us were quite prepared for the way the staff went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. The evening unfolded with a nearly unending parade of appetizers, entrées, and desserts — each one more delicious than the last.

When asked which dish was their favorite, guests couldn’t agree — and that’s saying something. Everyone had a different answer, and that’s because everything was outstanding. Here’s just a sampling of what we enjoyed:

Caprese Salad, Eggplant Rollatini stuffed with ricotta, Brushetta, Penne Pasta, Pizza…and so much more!

But the night wasn’t just about the food. It was a perfect chance to connect — to meet new neighbors, catch up with old friends, and enjoy the kind of community spirit that makes Shearwater such a special place to live.
