Introducing Shaunna Cooper with Three & Me Designs

Where did you grow up? How long have you lived in the area? Tell us about your family
I grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Scottsdale after college. I met my husband in Scottsdale. We got married in Feb of 2015 and have three daughters (they are the inspiration behind my business name).
Tell us about the events that led up to where you are now...
I took an interest in interior design after moving to Scottsdale and getting my first apartment. I loved the process of selecting everything for my first place and would spend hours at local retail stores picking out items. I moved here and didn’t know anyone so my social time was spent watching HGTV and furnishing my apartment.
What is your business, how/why did you start your business?
My business is named Three & Me Designs and was inspired by my three daughters. I started my business due to my love and passion for all things design. I love how a good design can impact your mood and make people feel happy and confident about their home.
What is unique about your business?
I partner with over 200 suppliers at various price points to provide my clients with unique options for their design for art, rugs, lighting, accessories etc. I provide 3D renderings so my clients can envision how their space will look and feel.
Given your business expertise and the nature of what you do, what advice can you offer to the residents?
When in doubt add some elements of nature to your home. I love faux plants in corner nooks or small plants as centerpieces on a table. I also enjoy adding pops of color in throw pillows, rugs, or artwork.
What else we should know about you, your family, or your business?
I love wine and truly believe there is a harmonious relationship between a nice bottle perfectly crafted by a winemaker and a well-designed sensory-rich space.
