1/ Stroll Event Recap The Stroll Sedgefield Happy Hour Social, hosted by Lara Heberle on September 26th, was a fantastic community gathering. 3/ Veteran Special 
Jim Phelps, a Vietnam veteran and Sedgefield resident since 1986, volunteered for the U.S. Army in 1968 at just 18. Serving in a Signal Battalion, he excelled in search and rescue during a Ranger course and oversaw an NCO club in Vietnam, earning recognition for his leadership. Jim and his wife Susan settled in Sedgefield after his honorable discharge in 1970.


4/ Faces of the Future Finch Jones, an 18-year-old senior at Ragsdale High, is balancing flight school, AP courses, and a passion for aviation. Dual-enrolled at GTCC for aviation, Finch dreams of becoming an Airline Transport Pilot for Delta Airlines. Despite a demanding schedule, he remains focused, making sacrifices to pursue his dream of flying.
