If you ask Kevin Krebs what makes ProCover Exteriors different, he won’t point to the number of sales or the size of the company. For him, it’s about standards.

Kevin, who owns and leads the company, has been in construction since 2008. He started out running his own paint company and eventually moved into sales, which helped him understand the customer experience from both the service and business sides.

For homeowners with insurance claims, the company can assist in the process, acting as a liaison with adjusters to reduce stress and confusion.

Kevin works closely with a trusted leadership team to keep operations running smoothly. One of those team members is Blaine Biggs, the company’s sales manager.

Blaine grew up in Summerfield and has been with ProCover since transitioning from the insurance industry into roofing in 2019. His background helps homeowners better understand how insurance fits into the repair process. “I’ve been on both sides of the table,” Blaine says. “That helps when it’s time to walk a homeowner through the claims side of things.”

Blaine’s also a father to his son Jackson and enjoys golfing and sushi when he’s not on the job. “What I like most about this work is helping people feel confident in the biggest investment they’ll ever make.”

ProCover’s team also includes General Manager Ryan Brazel, who brings more than two decades of experience in home exteriors. He’s known for keeping projects on track and clients in the loop. Operations Manager Magaly Avila plays a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency. She’s been in the industry since 2018 and manages much of the behind-the-scenes coordination.

While the company has grown quickly, Kevin is intentional about maintaining a close-knit team and a consistent standard of service.

“We don’t hire just to fill roles. We look for people who align with our values—people who care about the outcome and the customer.”

Originally from Canton, Ohio, Kevin has called North Carolina home since 1994. He lives in the Triad with his wife, Myra, and their two sons, Kayden and Carson. When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys golfing, collecting classic cars, and spending time outdoors with his family. “Camping with my boys is my favorite way to reset,” he shares. He’s also known to enjoy a good cigar and has a growing bourbon collection.

Kevin’s approach to business mirrors the way he approaches family: steady, invested, and personal.

“We’re not chasing growth for the sake of growth,” he said. “We’re building something that lasts—something our team can be proud of, and that our clients can count on.”
