Cardinal Plumbing
A Local Name You Can Trust
Cardinal Plumbing handles projects of all sizes and offers services including bathroom remodels, etc.
When a plumbing problem turns everyday life upside down, you want a partner who shows up, owns the work, and treats your home with respect. That’s the promise from Cardinal Plumbing, a full-service residential and commercial plumbing company led by master plumber and owner Cory Sandlin. Launched in June 2025 after more than a decade in the trade, Cardinal combines small-business hospitality with the tools, training, and capabilities of much larger firms.
“We’re honest, reliable, and a backing system that you didn’t know you had,” Cory says. Cardinal Plumbing handles projects of all sizes — from tiny homes to high-rise commercial buildings — and offers services including bathroom remodels, trenchless pipe repair, sewer cameras, jetting, and mainline diagnostics. “We can do anything a larger company can do,” he adds. Each truck is equipped with snakes, cameras, locators, and standard parts, allowing Cory to diagnose problems quickly and often resolve them in a single visit.
Cory’s expertise is built on years of formal training and real-world experience. He completed his full plumbing apprenticeship with Kelleher before expanding into commercial plumbing at Colonial Webb, working alongside seasoned crews on large-scale projects. Over the course of ten years, Cory personally funded and earned every license he holds. “When I earned my Master Gas Fitter’s license at the ten-year mark, I knew it was time to start my own company.”
What truly sets Cardinal Plumbing apart is accessibility and accountability. The business is family run: Cory handles service calls, his wife manages advertising, and his mother oversees accounting. “If you have a problem at 9 p.m., you call and you get somebody on the phone,” Cory explains. Customers also appreciate his transparency. “I try to give you as close to a price over the phone as I possibly can, so you know what’s coming.”
Standing behind the work is non-negotiable. “At the end of the day, it’s my name on that,” Cory says. Whether it’s replacing a customer-provided toilet that inadvertently cracked or offering to redo an installation he isn’t fully satisfied with, Cardinal Plumbing backs its work with integrity and follow-through.
Cory also shares practical advice for homeowners: “Plumbing is a skilled trade. Anybody offering $69 should be met with caution.” He encourages neighbors to consult local community groups and recommendations when choosing a plumber.
Looking ahead, Cory’s vision is steady, thoughtful growth. “I want to add one technician every year,” he says, with the goal of five trucks on the road within five years. For homeowners and businesses seeking honest service, skilled workmanship, and a plumber who treats every job personally, Cardinal Plumbing delivers on all fronts.
