Array of the Parade!

Check out some photos from Rivercut's golf cart parade!

Even the pups were dressed up!

On October 30th, Stroll Rivercut hosted its first annual Halloween golf cart parade in Rivercut, and it was a wonderful success! We had 12 or 13 vehicles in the parade, and they all looked amazing. Residents really put some time into making their vehicles spooky!

After the parade, a reception took place at the clubhouse where Stroll partners handed out candy and residents enjoyed the Good Pizza food truck! We want to thank Stroll partners for helping our community come together and enjoy a memorable evening!

The Springfield Symphony Orchestra provided vouchers to an upcoming Symphony event for whoever had the most decked-out cart, and a vote took place on which cart was the community favorite. Congratulations to the Baucom family on winning first place! They and the next runner up received vouchers to a Springfield Symphony event of their choosing!

Sheristen McCullah with Poo Squad hosted a raffle, and the Hirsch family won a $100 PetSmart gift card! The runner up was the Davis family who won a Poo Squad gift bag with a portable water bowl, tennis ball, dog and human snack treats!

Jeff Armitage with Armitage Heating & Cooling held a raffle for free HVAC maintenance for a year. Sandra Jenson was the lucky resident who won this great prize!

We also want to thank John Strickler with Personal Touch Carpet & Flooring, Rachel Payne with Best Insurance Group, and Brie Cook and Teal Kragskow with Banker's Life for handing out candy, goodies, and making the evening unforgettable!

We hope everyone was able to step outside and enjoy the parade as they passed through the community! We plan to have another Halloween parade next year, so be thinking about how you're going to design your cart! Who knows - you might win best-in-show!
