Sometimes the best vacations aren't packed with sightseeing—they're simply about spending uninterrupted time with the people you love. That's exactly what Beverly Egle and her family found during a recent getaway to Miramar Beach, Florida.

Looking for an easy destination that everyone could enjoy, Beverly chose Miramar Beach for a family vacation that included her children, grandchildren, and even the family's two pups, Marley and Kiki. With a private beachfront house and its own pool, they had everything they needed to settle in, slow down, and enjoy time together.

Their days were spent soaking up the sunshine at the beach and pool before heading out to explore the restaurants and shopping along 30A. But for Beverly, the destination wasn't what made the trip memorable.

"The best part was slowing down and having fun with my children and grandchildren," she says.

For neighbors planning a similar trip, Beverly has one piece of advice: if it's within your budget, rent a house with a private pool right on the beach. Having both just steps away made the experience even more relaxing and well worth it.

She also credits her daughter, Ashley Paige, a travel advisor with C&C World Travel, for planning the getaway and making the trip come together with ease.
