Clay's Satsuma Spritz

This bright and bubbly twist on a classic spritz blends citrusy Sugarfield Satsuma with Aperol, lime, and a splash of sparkling wine for the perfect porch sipper.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 oz. Aperol Apertif
  • 1 oz. of Sugarfield Satsuma
  • 0.75 oz. of lime juiceĀ 
  • 2 oz. of sparkling wine/champagne
  • 2 oz. of soda water
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Shake Aperol Apertif, Sugarfield Satsuma, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a wine glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with 2 oz. of sparkling wine/champagne.
  4. Top with 2 oz. of soda water.
