Cesar Ojeda is the owner and operator of Supreme Pool and Spa, a business he started in November of 2020. With a staff of five, the company provides pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. After five years in the field, Cesar says his focus has stayed the same: quality work and strong relationships.

“I’m the owner and operator of Supreme, proudly serving our community for the past five years,” Ceesar said. He believes customers value knowing who is responsible for their service. “Unlike large companies that rotate technicians, when you work with us, you’re working directly with the owner—someone who truly cares about the results and the relationships built along the way.”

Cesar attributes his success to staying involved in every part of the business. “Being the owner and operator of my business makes the quality the most important thing,” he said. He also emphasizes communication. “Being in touch with clients all the time and always being ready to help makes the experience better and trustful. That’s the key to success.”

Building relationships with his customers and finding out what exactly they need plays a major role in his approach. “Listening to what our clients need, helping them to have their pools ready to create good memories always matters to me,” Cesar said.

Cesar’s professional background supports his work. He has eight years of experience as a business owner, beginning with a cleaning company. He holds an environmental engineering degree and has customer service experience. In Colombia, his birth country, he worked in a wastewater treatment facility.

Cesar said he was drawn to the pool industry after seeing a need for stronger service. “I saw an opportunity to offer a better service and also being bilingual helps me to reach more people in this area,” he said.

For Cesar, the team matters most. “The most valuable thing is our coworkers,” he said. “They are the ones who help me to make this business better for my customers.”

In the end, customer satisfaction is what Cesar loves most about this business. “What I love most is to give a great service and the face of our customers when their pool or spa is ready to use!”
