While the team helps clients buy and sell real estate at all levels, for all reasons, their specialty is the Regatta Bay neighborhood.  Lindsey has sold more homes here than any other realtor or team in the area.   Lindsey and hardworking team member, Darla Lambert, now operate out of the Regatta Bay Sales and Information office located near the community’s Amenities Center.  With new and exciting development coming to the neighborhood, residents and future residents are all welcome to stop by and explore the latest happenings in the community, as well as get a sense of what their current home in the community may be worth in today’s market.
