Red Tail Ladies Golf Association Celebrates a Strong Start to the 2025 Season
New leadership, local partnerships, and a spirited kickoff event set the tone for a vibrant season of golf, wellness, and community connection.

Ladies Opening Day Lunch
The Red Tail Ladies Golf Association kicked off the 2025 season in style with a festive and inspiring dinner event, setting the tone for another year of camaraderie, fitness, and fun on the greens. This year marked a leadership transition as Vannel Hassett was welcomed as the new Chair, taking the reins from Kasey Kellem, who led the association for the past four years.
One of the highlights of the evening was a dynamic, hands-on presentation by Tom Ostrander of InMotion Wellness Studio. Ostrander guided attendees through a series of stretches and functional movements specifically tailored to help golfers warm up and prevent injury — a practical and appreciated session by all.
The kickoff dinner also featured several Stroll Red Tail Preferred Partner vendors, who showcased their unique products and services. Their presence added a lively and engaging dimension to the event, allowing attendees to connect with local businesses that support the community.
A few weeks later, the Opening Day Golf Outing brought 24 enthusiastic ladies together for a day on the course. It was a sunny but cool Sunday — perfect weather for a round of golf. Teams competed in good spirits, with placements awarded for first through third place. In addition, several participants took home prizes for proxy shots, adding to the excitement of the day.
With strong participation, great energy, and a fresh start under new leadership, the Red Tail Ladies Golf Association is off to a fantastic start for the 2025 season. Here's to more great outings and shared memories ahead!
