Red Tail Residents Love to Meet Together

Events At Red Tail
Events will inevitably move indoors due to the weather and cooler days.  However, the residents at Red Tail know how to have fun and here are just two of the offerings organized to ease us all into the confines of within…

Fall Wine Tasting
A wine tasting was offered at the Clubhouse on November 8th to cheer and warm the heart.   The event was hosted by Samantha Mercado at Wine & Whiskey, and she guided attendees through a detailed tasting.  A variety of red (Pinot Noir, Red Blend) and white wines (Riesling, Chardonnay) were offered as well as appetizers prepared by the Red Tail kitchen.  It was a lovely gathering with the mood set by live music and good conversation.  FYI – Samantha also offers bourbon tastings if you would like to broaden your palette into other spirits.  You can reach her to schedule a private party tasting at smercado9718@gmail.com  Cheers!

Trivia Night
Those of us who like good competition may be coaxed out of our warm and cozy home to join Trivia Night.   It was held on November 20th and was a great diversion from the dark and windy evening with a spirited atmosphere.  Participants had to test their knowledge on a variety of categories from general knowledge to animals and famous movies/people.  Everyone contributes to the team score and there is an air of secrecy in the room so no one else (at a neighboring table) can hear your answer.   Check the Red Tail calendar for future dates, but it is generally held on the third Thursday of the month during the winter months.  Consider inviting your neighbors/friends to make a team of four.  Have dinner at the club and a casual evening of entertainment.   It is so fun!
