Roger Waleri, owner of Dirty Dog Home Solutions, is a lifelong resident of the area who takes great pride in serving the community he’s always called home. Roger grew up on a farm in Grafton and has remained rooted here ever since. Family is central to his life—he has a sister, Jenny, who lives in South Carolina and works for the state, and his father, a retired elevator mechanic and avid RVer, splits his time between winters in Florida and summers staying with Roger. He and his wife Teresa have three grown sons—Joe, Josh, and Mike—with Mike now working alongside him in the family business. Together, the family also enjoys time with their five grandchildren, ages 9, 8, 4, 3, and 1.

Roger attended Midview and went on to study landscape design and horticulture in college. His career path was shaped by a lifelong passion for helping people and improving their homes. Through his years working in landscaping, he recognized a growing need for services that help homeowners maintain cleaner, healthier living environments. That realization ultimately led him to launch Dirty Dog Home Solutions.

Having lived in the community his entire life, Roger says his favorite part of the area is its strong sense of connection and the feeling of home. He especially enjoys the changing seasons, with early fall being his favorite time of year.
