Madison Taips Shines at USA Gymnastics National Championships
Three-time Nationals qualifier Madison Taips shines at USA Gymnastics Championships, keeping her collegiate dreams in sharp focus.

Madison Taips, a standout Level 10 gymnast, continues to impress in the world of competitive gymnastics. With her sights set on a collegiate career, Madison’s dedication and consistency have earned her national recognition—most recently at the USA Gymnastics National Championships held over Mother’s Day weekend in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Representing Region 5, which includes Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, Madison was one of only seven gymnasts selected in her age group to compete at the prestigious national event. This marks her third consecutive year qualifying for Nationals—an exceptional accomplishment that reflects both her elite skill level and her commitment to the sport.
Level 10 is the highest level in the Junior Olympic program before reaching elite status, and athletes at this tier train intensely while often balancing academics and other responsibilities. Madison’s consistency in reaching Nationals year after year sets her apart as a top performer, and it speaks volumes about her discipline, perseverance, and athletic talent.
Beyond the medals and accolades, Madison remains focused on her long-term goal: earning a spot on a collegiate gymnastics team. Her performance in Salt Lake City is another step forward on that journey—and a proud moment for her, her coaches, and the Region 5 gymnastics community.
As Madison continues to train and compete, her trajectory points upward. With her impressive track record and work ethic, there’s no doubt she’s on the path to achieving her collegiate dreams.
