The Kopp Family's Dream Home

Front of House
Nestled within a vibrant community, Adam and Meghan Kopp, along with their three children and two beloved Goldendoodles, have found their perfect home. From the welcoming neighborhood to their custom-designed living space, the Kopps embrace the joys of family, sports, and leisure in a setting that feels truly meant to be.
A Community to Call Home
For the Kopps, their neighborhood offers more than just a place to live—it's a lifestyle. With a scenic golf course, premium amenities, and a close-knit community, they’ve found everything they could want. Whether enjoying a glass of wine at the clubhouse or gearing up for golf season, the family relishes the social and recreational opportunities their neighborhood provides.
From Ohio Roots to a New Beginning
Meghan grew up in Canfield, Ohio, accustomed to the country club lifestyle at Tippecanoe Golf Course. Adam, originally from South Lorain, also valued a strong sense of community. Before moving to their current home in October 2024, the family lived in Avon’s Stonebridge Creek subdivision, where their cul-de-sac lot with a pool made their house the go-to spot for neighborhood gatherings.
A Home That Was Meant to Be
Built in 2024 by Smitek Construction, their home was originally a spec house that caught their eye but sold before they were ready to make an offer. Fate intervened when the initial buyers had to put the house back on the market. The Kopps acted fast, securing the home just as their previous one sold within hours of listing. The tight 30-day turnaround was a challenge, but the reward was well worth it.
The open-concept main floor, filled with natural light, is the heart of the home, offering both communal and private spaces. The boys love their oversized bedrooms and the entertainment-packed lower level, complete with a pool table, ping pong, a five-screen TV wall, and a golf simulator.
Adding the Kopp Touch
As soon as they went under contract, the Kopps enlisted Jen Fix Interiors to design their new space. Since they left much of their old furniture behind, they started fresh with a brand-new look, adding plantation shutters and updating light fixtures to complement their decor. A golf simulator, installed by Kris Maust of Berg Golf, became a centerpiece of their entertainment space.
What Makes Their Home Special
Beyond its stunning location overlooking the 17th hole, the house stands out with two master suites and a golf simulator pit, making it a perfect blend of luxury and recreation. The welcoming neighborhood only adds to the appeal, making it an ideal place for family and friends to gather.
Meet the Kopp Family
Mason and Miles, 12-year-old twins, keep busy with travel baseball, Avon Little League, and football. This year, they’re excited to join the Redtail Jr. PGA program. Their older sister, Madison, 23, is a proud Ohio University graduate now working as a journalist for WLFI News 18 in West Lafayette, Indiana. Of course, the household wouldn’t be complete without Tito, a 7-year-old male Goldendoodle, and Lucy, a 9-year-old female Goldendoodle, who bring endless joy and companionship.
Memories in the Making
One of the family’s favorite memories in their new home happened just days after moving in. On Halloween night, Mason and Miles received a signed football card from none other than Cleveland Browns’ star Nick Chubb. It was a moment they’ll never forget—just like their journey to finding the home of their dreams.
