Todd has been in the floor business for years. He started at a local flooring store where he learned everything from product specifications to customer service and installation. In 2012, he founded Siena Wood Floors to create a company that focuses on craftsmanship above all else, and that's precisely what they've done.

 

The Siena Wood Floors team consists of more than 15 people, all dedicated to their clients. They offer all wood or wood-based flooring types including luxury vinyl, hardwood installation and refinishing, and engineered hardwood. They complete hundreds of jobs across the region each year.

 

"One of the things we do best is listen to our clients and their needs to find the product that will work best. There are many options on the market, and they all have different strengths. We help our clients narrow down not only the color and style, but also the type of flooring that will suit them and their lifestyle. The options can be overwhelming, but we are here to guide our clients," Todd said.

 

Recently, Siena Wood Floors opened a 30,000-square-foot showroom in the heart of Windsor. Clients love seeing and feeling the options in person before making a final decision. The showroom is open five days a week, and the public is encouraged to stop by. "The showroom is great," Todd said. We have so many options in all the latest styles and colors. It's a good resource to help make design decisions."

 

In the office, Travis Wagner provides project estimates to give owners a clear picture of costs, materials, and timelines. Mary Paulus handles project scheduling and team coordination. Marci Jones is responsible for managing the company's finances as the bookkeeper.

 

"Our whole team takes pride in their work and that shows. Our clients love the results because they can see the level of detail that goes into every job and the quality of the finished product," he said.

 

With the changing real estate market and high interest rates, more people are choosing to stay in their homes for longer. "We're doing a lot of remodel and basement finishes," Todd detailed. "People are investing in their current homes and making the space work for them. Floors can really elevate any space and make it feel much more finished."

When he's off the clock, Todd enjoys cooking, golfing, and traveling with his wife, Kelly. They are active supporters of the Kawasaki Kids Foundation, which is focused on finding a cure for Kawasaki disease, as well as Levi's Legacy, a nonprofit that aids families impacted by congenital heart disorders.
