Les Schwab Tire Centers: Two Locations, One Mission—Putting People First

Les Schwab Timnath Staff

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Windsor and Timnath may be two different locations, but they operate under the same unwavering philosophy: take care of people first, and everything else follows. From their team culture to their community engagement and industry-leading service, both stores embody the core values that have made Les Schwab a trusted name since 1952.

Windsor: A Community-First Approach

“The thing that makes Les Schwab different is that we operate on a community-first basis,” said Hayden Jenkins, General Manager of the Windsor Les Schwab Tire Center. “This company and our entire team practice what we preach: we take care of the community – the people – first. The rest follows.”

Hayden, who began working at Les Schwab as a part-time employee in high school, now leads a team in a store that opened its doors in September 2022. His journey from a small farm to store management is rooted in a love for hands-on work and a deep appreciation for helping people stay safe on the road. “I feel good about the work we do to keep people moving and the fact that we help keep them and their families safe.”

Giovanni Calderon began his journey with Les Schwab in 2018 at the Denver Central Park location. Since then, he has brought his dedication and expertise to the Commerce City and Aurora Tower Road stores before taking on the role of Assistant Manager at the Windsor location. Known for his commitment to outstanding customer service, Giovanni takes great pride in serving his community with professionalism and care.

The Windsor location currently has a team of 10 employees, half of whom are part of the original crew, demonstrating a strong foundation and team loyalty that continues to drive the store’s success. The location offers full-service tire and auto repair, including brake work, oil changes, trailer service, and wheel alignments. “Our goal is to get you back on the road safely and efficiently,” Hayden said. And with a free warranty and flat tire repairs, they make it easy to trust the team with your vehicle.

Outside the shop, the Windsor location is actively involved with Windsor High School, the local Chamber of Commerce, and the Optimist Club. “We’re so proud to give back to a community that’s given us so much,” Hayden said.

Timnath: Going the Extra Mile

Just a short drive away, the Timnath Les Schwab Tire Center is known for its commitment to going the extra mile—literally and figuratively. “Our focus is on doing the right thing, even if it’s harder or takes more time,” said Seth Jones, General Manager. “We go the extra mile to keep our customers’ cars running and, more importantly, to keep their families safe.”

Seth echoes the philosophy of Les Schwab himself, who once said, “We’re in the people business, we just happen to sell tires.” This guiding principle is at the heart of everything the Timnath team does—from free pre-trip inspections to their unbeatable free tire maintenance warranties. “It’s not about today, it’s about the future,” Seth added. “We want lifelong customers who feel respected and taken care of.”

With over 400 five-star reviews, the Timnath location has built a reputation for trust and excellence. Assistant Manager Angel Martinez and Sales & Service Professional Joseph Bopp help lead a team of 10 experienced technicians who specialize in both commercial and commuter vehicles.

“We offer everyone free pre-trip safety inspections,” Seth explained. “It’s easy and just takes us a short time to check over your car. We’ll flag any major issues and make sure that your family will be taken care of, no matter where you’re going.”

Timnath customers also benefit from the best tire warranty in America. The Les Schwab warranty includes 60-day satisfaction guarantees, lifetime road hazard protection, lifetime balancing, and free tire maintenance—including rotations, flat repairs, and air checks. “This warranty speaks for itself,” Seth said. “We’re here to keep you and your family safe.”

One Brand, One Standard: People First

Though Hayden and Seth manage different stores, they are united in their belief that Les Schwab is more than a tire shop. It’s a place where careers grow, customers matter, and community comes first.

The values of Les Schwab are what ultimately attracted Hayden and Seth to the company. Seth further comments, “They teach us just to do the right thing.”

That sentiment is echoed across both locations—from Windsor’s welcoming environment to Timnath’s commitment to long-term service.
