A good number of years ago my husband, Bob, a Navy Vietnam Veteran, and I noticed a small display of flags in front of a Veteran’s memorial by the Kingston Town Hall. We stopped and took some pictures and brought back the thought of doing the same on our Village Green. Here we are, now 10 years later, and with the help from so many, we have duplicated those efforts with nearly 300 flags in our Field of Flags on our Village Green. It is a very moving and somber sight in memory of so many.
