Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars

This is my favorite recipe for the summer as it is a quick healthy treat that incorporates fruits, and fiber, and is a sweet treat that the entire family will enjoy making and eating! Fun fact: no added sugar is needed because the fruited yogurt, fruits, and granola already have sugar, so this is not only a quick treat but a healthy one as well!

Ingredients:
Strawberries, Dates (fruit of your choice)
Fruited Greek Yogurt
Ice Mold (I used a heart-shaped one for this recipe)
Granola Pieces

Preparation:

1. First, you gather all the fruits you decide to use, wash and dry them.
2. Next chop the fruits into bite-sized small pieces.
3. Then add the fruited Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix in the fruits.
4. Now the fun part! Add the mix to your mold. You can alternate between dates, and strawberries, or include any other fruit you like!
5. Add to the freezer for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
