Meet Your Publisher

Shelley Fauerbach

My name is Shelley Fauerbach. My family and I live in Palencia. I am also the publisher of Stroll Palencia, a community based, exclusive magazine for and by the residents of Palencia. My goal when we started in 2022 has always been to bring people together. We have found the best way to do this is by delivering neighborhood connections. We produce a high-quality, exclusive neighborhood publication without any cost to the residents. These monthly magazines focus on the families, homes, and organizations that make Palencia an ideal place to live. Through hyper-local, resident-submitted content, we create an avenue for these individuals to get to know both local businesses and their neighbors on a more personal level. Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues and host social events through which our residents and sponsors can connect. It is an honor to be able to tell the stories of our residents and establish the right connections for our sponsors.
