"Amazing" they said
Residents who visited the Riverfront Esplanade for the first time on our Golf Cart tour returned with complete astonishment of what is there. Clean, beautiful, peaceful, guarded, a perfect place to take a relaxing walk were some of the comments. And the view from The Roof was like no other.

Views from the top of The Roof of the Brown and Brown Insurance building were spectacular. Everyone enjoyed having conversations with Cici and Hyatt as well as looking down at the North Esplanade, after touring the South Esplanade.
Relaxing music and great wine complemented the charcuterie table filled with goodies that was catered by Andrea Ott, owner of Salty Beach Charcuterie Boards.
At the end, everyone filled the Board Room with standing room only to hear both Cici and Hyatt speak. Hyatt gave us fascinating information about some of the history of Daytona area businesses.
Thank you to our residents, Cici and Hyatt Brown, for allowing us to have this event at your beautiful building. Thank you to your foundation that helped create the amazing Riverfront Esplande that is a crown jewel of our area and will be for generations. Also a special thanks to Joe Yarbrough, General Manager and Scott Poris, Operations Supervisor, as well as their entire staff at the Esplanade, and the super helpful staff at the Brown and Brown building!
