She was kind enough to speak to us about what makes La Foi special: “For our owner, LeeAnn, this salon has never been just about hair. It’s about creating a space where stylists can grow together, thrive, and love what they do and where clients feel the heart behind every service.” She went on to explain how La Foi started, from its founding by owner LeeAnn and her husband Chey in 2012, through the growth of the business and the assemblage of the cutting-edge team who keep the place running today. “We lost Chey to a tragic accident in 2022,” she explained, “Though he is deeply missed, his spirit lives on in the heart of our salon. Every warm welcome, every act of kindness, every stylist who grows here is part of his lasting legacy.”

 

And that legacy includes placing faith first, in all things relating to the business: “Faith is our foundation. It’s woven into everything we do, from the name of the salon—La Foi means ‘Faith’ in French—to the way we treat each other and our clients. LeeAnn loves mentoring stylists fresh out of school, helping them develop both their craft and their confidence, and giving back to an industry that has blessed her family so deeply. Family is why we created this salon. In a world where people often get lost in the grind, we wanted to build a team where growth and community come first and where families thrive as a result.”
