Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients
1 box any flavor cake mix (chocolate, lemon, strawberry, etc)
1 tub Cool Whip, 8 ounce (thawed)
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip and egg. Stir until well mixed. It will be sticky.
- Refrigerate dough about 30 minutes.
- Place powdered sugar in a small bowl. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop the dough into the powdered sugar. Roll to cover with sugar then form dough into balls using hands.
- Place the cookies 1 ½ inches apart on a lined or sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until cookies crack on the top.
- Remove from oven and let the cookies rest about 3 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
