We provide everything from wellness checkups and vaccines to care for sick pets, advanced diagnostics, surgeries, and hospitalization when needed. Our clinic is equipped with modern tools like ultrasound, digital X-rays, and digital dental X-rays to ensure accurate and gentle care. For comfort and healing, we offer laser therapy to help pets with arthritis, inflammation, pain, or swelling, and Phovia light therapy, a special treatment that speeds healing for wounds and infections. What truly sets us apart is that our doctors and staff are Fear Free Certified — meaning we take extra steps to make every visit calm, positive, and stress-free for both pets and their families.
How long have you been in this business? How did you get started in this field?
Graceful Paws Pet Clinic open in May of 2023 and I have been a veterinarian since 2004.
What makes your company different? What sets you apart from the rest?
At Graceful Paws, what makes us different is the personal touch we bring to every visit. Because we’re privately owned, we’re able to take the time to really know our clients and their pets. Both Dr. Reyes and Dr. Sanchez are Fear Free Certified, so our focus is always on creating a calm, positive experience — not just for the pet, but for the owner too. We see every visit as a partnership, where your voice matters and your pet is treated like family.
What do you enjoy the most about this business?
What I love most about this business is the relationships we get to build with both pets and their families. Being able to walk alongside them through every stage of their pet’s life — from the excitement of a first visit to the tender care in the senior years — is such a privilege. Pets are truly family, and it means so much to us to be trusted with their care and to share in the joy and love they bring to their owners.
What is one thing about your business or your profession that many people don't know?
Business: we speak Spanish, English and Portuguese. We also work with two rescue groups in the area to help cats and dogs in need. Graceful Paws also likes to gives back to the community, so sponsor races and school events in the area.
Is there an interesting fact or tidbit about your business that you can share?
Clients are always commenting on how happy they are with our services. They always say that we make them feel like we truly care. The name Graceful Paws was picked because of my little dog Sofia, she always sits with her legs crossed in a very fancy way. She has been my little companion at work since she was 12 weeks old.
Tell us about your family:
We are a family of 4. We have a son "Daniel" who is a Freshman at USF, ST Petersburg and a daughter, Adriana who attends 5th grade at Tildenville Elementary School. We also have three dogs: Sofia, Rosie and Jackson; 2 cats, Kimi and Bumper and an Axolotl named Oz. We moved to Winter Garden in 2021 from Oregon to be closer to family. Very happy to be in such a great community.
What are your hobbies/interests when you aren't working?
Spending time with my kids and family. We enjoy going to the parks in the area and the beach. We love the beach!
