Lance Browning, a Retirement Income Certified Professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary, owns Income Solutions Wealth Management and has held a lifelong interest in finance. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1993, where he was named to the dean’s list, received the Marketing Student of the Year award and earned the Distinguished Achievement Award from the university’s accounting society. He is a member of the Alpha Chi National Collegiate Honor Society and holds executive leadership certifications from Northwestern University and Notre Dame.

Prior to co-founding Income Solutions Wealth Management, Lance served as a senior vice president with Raymond James and Morgan Keegan, having been named first vice president in 2007 and senior vice president in 2008. After nearly two decades in the industry, Lance grew weary of Wall Street’s “bailout/buyout mentality.” He wanted the freedom to select investment options he felt were in his clients' best interests. In August 2012, Lance and his colleagues left the firm where they had worked for years to establish their own practice.

The mission of Income Solutions Wealth Management was simple: to provide retirees and pre-retirees with objective, conflict-free financial advice. “We guide you from where you are today to where you want to be in the future,” Lance said. “We review your current financial position and put together a financial plan. Our mission is that we passionately believe a successful outcome should be income.”

The firm offers high-level, long-term relationship management through communication, education and service. By focusing on retirement income rather than specific products, Lance and his team aim to advance and protect their clients’ hard-earned wealth. As an independent fiduciary, the firm’s focus remains strictly on the client. This commitment to service extends into the community, as Lance has served as board chair for Junior Achievement and the Arc of Smith County, and as a board member for the Better Business Bureau.

Outside of the office, Lance is married to Sally. The couple lives in Oak Creek with their two dogs and share four children between them. A member of the 2025 and 2026 LPL Summit Club, Lance is also a podcaster, an author and an active member of Flint Baptist Church. “Being actively involved in these organizations keeps me focused on helping others, so I can live in line with my core spiritual values,” Lance said. He maintains a passion for his faith, family, his 1969 Ford Bronco and college football. 

Looking ahead, Lance plans to continue growing the firm by serving his clients and the local community. “We strive to do the right thing, the right way, and for the right reasons every day,” Lance said. For nearly 30 years, his passion has been serving to help clients feel confident in their investments, allowing them to focus on what matters most: their families.
