Before, Tyler and Kendall filled the house with laughter, there was Gunner, a Silver Lab a loyal heart, and the soul of a best friend.

Born in Frisco, Texas, he journeyed through Philadelphia and California to find his forever family —
 Karina and Troy's first baby.

He loved the beach, the dog park, and cuddling close after long days.
 He was goofy, gentle, patient, and always good with kids.
 He took naps with their newborns, comforted with quiet love,
 and wrapped his paws around every chapter of the Nelson story.

Though he started as Daddy’s dog, he became Mommy’s heart.

Gunner passed on the day after Easter, Monday April 5th, 2021.
 He was almost 11, but his love left a forever mark.

In his honor, the family vowed that every name  after him will begin with a G—
 The family's new hearts Grande and Gracie, each one a piece of the legacy he started. Stay tuned on their  story.
