With Thanks From My Home to Yours
November always brings me back to gratitude. Here in NoCo, it is not just the crisp mornings, cozy gatherings, or the Thanksgiving table that remind me to pause. It is the people. This neighborhood has such a unique spirit, and I am continually thankful for the warmth, generosity, and involvement of our residents.
Each story shared, every photo submitted, and all the traditions you have let us highlight have helped make Stroll NoCo more than a magazine. It has become a reflection of our community. And none of this would be possible without you.
I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our local business partners. Their support allows this publication to thrive and gives us the chance to showcase the incredible people and moments that make this neighborhood special. When you support them, you are helping us keep this magazine alive and well.
On a personal note, this season I am especially thankful for my husband, Robb, and for the joy of what we lovingly call the “Mears Zoo.” Especially Clark, who keeps life playful and full of energy, and I am grateful every day for the love that fills our home.
As Stroll NoCo continues to grow, I would love your help. If you know of a great business that would be a good fit for the neighborhood, or if you are a resident who owns one, I would love to connect. As a thank you, I offer a $100 gift card to a local favorite of your choice for every business you refer that ends up joining the program. There is no limit, and it is my way of saying thanks for helping us grow thoughtfully and locally.
If you have story ideas, want to nominate a neighbor, or just want to chat about getting more involved, feel free to reach out at Maria.mears@strollmag.com or scan the QR code.
Wishing you a November filled with gratitude, connection, and all the cozy moments that make NoCo such a wonderful place to call home.
With thanks,
