An Evening at the Golf Clubs at the Tribute

On the evening of July 15th, Stroll residents and Preferred Partners enjoyed a truly special Restaurant Review event hosted at the stunning Golf Clubs at The Tribute. Thanks to the expert coordination and warm hospitality of Alia Kotas, Director of Membership Sales & Marketing, and her team, the evening unfolded with effortless elegance and unforgettable culinary moments.
A Warm Welcome
 Guests checked in at the Sky Room on the second floor, greeted by sweeping views of the venue’s grand, tree-lined entryway—a peaceful, picturesque scene that instantly transported attendees to a luxurious retreat.
Cocktails with a View
 Cocktail hour took place in The Outlook on the third floor, where expansive windows offered breathtaking views of the golf course, Lake Lewisville and the best view of the sunset. As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests sipped on handcrafted cocktails and enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, including Tuna Nachos and a refreshing Hummus Duo.
A Fresh, Seasonal Menu
 The highlight of the evening was a beautifully curated Farm-to-Table dinner by Chef Michael Olds, celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients – much of it harvested from the on-site garden:
  • First Course: Grilled Watermelon Salad with baby greens, lime vinaigrette, mint, and feta
  • Main Course: Verlasso Salmon over creamy summer corn, basil orzo, heirloom tomato, and romanesco
  • Dessert: A decadent Ghirardelli S’more Brownie with toasted marshmallow and graham crumble
A Thoughtful Farewell
 As the evening concluded, guests were gifted a sweet take-home treat: “Cookies and Milk,” featuring the club’s signature Cowboy Cookie—a beloved local favorite with a secret recipe.
