Alyssa Kaplan, a vibrant and driven 6th grader at Trent Middle School, is the embodiment of dedication and passion. At just 12 years old, Alyssa has achieved remarkable milestones in cheerleading, community service, and pageantry—all while excelling in school.

Cheerleading: A Life of Spirit and Sisterhood

For Alyssa, cheerleading is more than a sport—it’s a way of life. As an All-Star Cheerleader with Cheer Athletics' SolarCats Junior 1 Division, Alyssa and her team recently clinched the National Championship at America’s Best Nationals in Kansas City. This May, they’ll compete at Summit in Orlando, where Alyssa looks forward to representing her team and visiting Disney!

Cheerleading has taken Alyssa across the U.S., giving her the chance to compete alongside her “cheer sisters.” Beyond the competition mat, Alyssa is also part of the Junior Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders program at KJ Dance. She’s performed at high-profile events like the Christmas Extravaganza at The Star and Rally Day at AT&T Stadium. Riding in the Dallas Christmas Parade with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders remains one of her favorite memories.

Since the age of five, Alyssa has cheered in the Frisco Football League, rooting for teams like the Texans and Raiders. Her time in FFL has been filled with lasting friendships and cherished memories.

Miss Preteen Frisco International 2025

Alyssa’s talents extend beyond cheerleading. As Miss Preteen Frisco International 2025, she proudly represents her city while advocating for her community service platform, The Kind Hearts Project. Founded in 2024, this initiative inspires kindness and empowers others to create meaningful change.

One of Alyssa’s most rewarding moments was volunteering with Student Santas on Christmas Day, serving meals to over 300 people in need and distributing toys to children. Her commitment to service and leadership shines as she prepares for the Miss Preteen Texas International Pageant in March.

Inspired by Her Parents

Alyssa’s greatest inspiration comes from her parents, whose hard work, compassion, and selflessness motivate her to pursue her goals. Their guidance and unwavering support remind her to lead with kindness and stay dedicated to her dreams.

Big Dreams for the Future

Alyssa’s aspirations are as bold as her accomplishments. After college, she hopes to become a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader while pursuing a career as an OBGYN. Her determination and passion make her future as bright as her signature color, pink!
