Co-founded by brand designer Bridget Lorentz and brand strategist Alicia Gempel, the agency is the result of a true match made in heaven. Together, they combine strategic thinking and creative vision to deliver the best of both for their clients, showing that each is stronger because of the other.

Destined to be a designer from a young age, Bridget entered every single poster and coloring contest as a child, later decorating lockers and creating birthday displays in high school. She earned her Graphic Design degree with a minor in Advertising from the University of Minnesota and gained experience at both big and small agencies while running her own freelance business on the side. Over 25 years, she’s designed everything from logos and brochures to websites and wall murals, and she’s just as passionate about design and branding today as ever.

Bridget’s freelancing projects eventually led her to cross paths with Alicia, who was also freelancing. Though they worked separately for years, they often collaborated on projects, and it quickly became clear that their combined talents created something truly special. From that partnership, Tandem Creative Group was born.

The Tandem Creative Group team is guided by three core values, helping every client present their brand at its very best.
