Meet Regennia Martin, owner and publisher of Stroll Mountain Shadows, the exclusive publication for the residents of Mountain Shadows. Regennia and her husband, Barry have called Mountain Shadows home since 2017 with their son, Riley. Regennia taught in Hamilton and Bradley County schools for 20-plus years before retiring with the opportunity to walk into the best retirement gig - editor of this magazine.
Regennia strives to be a community connector and help the residents publish their stories and photos in their beautiful, private, monthly magazine. In addition, she can provide a unique opportunity for businesses to reach a very desirable demographic of homeowners. The business owners she works with love that they can build trust and word-of-mouth referrals with the residents through a unique partnership that includes print, and social media advertising.
