Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. I started my business because we can help others improve their well-being, reduce and/or eliminate pain, and alleviate stress. Furthermore, it allows us to engage in a profession that promotes relaxation and healing.
As Neuromuscular massage therapists, we specialize in addressing specific musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction by applying advanced soft tissue techniques. Our in-depth training on how the nervous and musculoskeletal systems interact allows us to target and alleviate specific pain or tension.
We use a variety of techniques to help our clients. We offer relaxation, deep tissue, medical, hot stone, and reflexology massages. We know how important stretching can be as part of our daily health, so we have recently added Assisted and PNF(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching.
I grew up in Morganton, NC. I've lived in Catawba County for the past 20 years and have been married to my beautiful wife, Jennifer, for 15 years. We have two amazing kids, our son Ayden and a daughter Noely. We enjoy snowboarding in the mountains and relaxing on a beach with clear turquoise water.
I grew up in a diverse community and was exposed to different cultures of alternative medicine from a young age. This has helped me become open-minded and tolerant to find natural ways to heal the body. I'm a good communicator and listener, and I can build relationships and understand the needs of people from all walks of life. I believe these skills are essential for success.
From a very young age, I've always enjoyed a healthy lifestyle, from mixed martial arts to running cross country. I've coached various sports for different organizations, including the YMCA and CVYSA. As a personal trainer, I help others achieve fitness and weight loss goals.
