TTM Mechanical, located in Delaware, Ohio is owned by Tim Morrow. Tim was born and raised in Delaware and graduated from Hayes High School in 1992. He then served in the Marines for 4 years followed by attending the American School of Technology for HVAC Training. Tim has been married to his wife Kendra Morrow for 27 years and they have a beautiful 14-year-old daughter, Haleigh. As animal lovers, they have many pets including 14 dogs, snakes, lizards, a chameleon, cats, ducks, donkeys, cows, miniature ponies, peacocks, chickens, goats, turkeys, and more!

TTM Mechanical was started as a necessity to provide for Tim's family and quickly became a passion to provide honest and fair services to the community. This company started as Tim being an independent HVAC technician over 18 years ago and has grown rapidly ever since. The mission of TTM Mechanical is to provide our Delaware and surrounding communities with the most honest and trusted heating and cooling services and solutions in the area.

The services that TTM Mechanical offers include: commercial and residential HVAC system installations, free estimates, service repairs, remodels and new build projects, light plumbing work, duct cleaning and sealing, and yearly preventative maintenance plans. We also offer financing options. The equipment we service and install include the following: natural gas, propane, electric, fuel oil, boilers, geothermal, mini splits, heat pumps, air conditioners, tankless and standard water heaters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and more!

TTM Mechanical enjoys being involved in the community as much as we can! One of our favorite events to be a part of are the First Fridays in Downtown Delaware! This is where the community comes out the first Friday of each month to enjoy a night of family fun in the closed streets of Delaware. At these events, we love to host activities for kids and parents to partake in such as crafts, prize wheels, and handing out goodie bags. Something else really important to TTM is being able to support the community whenever we can. Whether that is helping sponsor youth athletics around the area or raffling off a new HVAC unit at a church car show, we just want to be involved and give back!

While business growth is never a bad thing, it definitely can come with some challenges as we want to make sure every customer is taken care of. Meeting the needs of the community while still providing great service means being able to have a top-notch team of hard-working individuals. Building a great crew like ours doesn't happen overnight, but we made sure to take our time to ensure each employee could gain proper training to go out and guarantee our customers with quality service. Now we can go into peak seasons even more prepared each year to get our customers solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

For the future, TTM is hoping to expand our services not only in further surrounding regions but also in different scopes of work. We are eager to start more partnerships with local realtors, home builders, and general contractors. TTM Tips: Our advice first and foremost is to always make sure you are changing your furnace filter regularly (even in the summer)! If you ever need filters, visit our website and you can have them shipped directly to your house with no delivery fee. Another piece of advice would be to get your units annually serviced to make sure there's no complications that will leave you without heating or cooling in the peak of winter or summer.
