My name is Jaclyn Owdom, owner of Déjà Vu and my family has proudly called Westerville home for over two decades. For years, I have aspired to own a boutique, driven by a passion for fashion and community. When the opportunity arose to take over Déjà Vu, it felt like the perfect realization of that dream. I am committed to building on its legacy, bringing fresh vision and dedication to create a vibrant, welcoming space for our customers.

We love our community and get involved every chance we get!  We love to support local programs and participate in all Uptown Westerville events.

One of our primary challenges is overcoming the misconception among shoppers and potential new customers about buying retail at a boutique like Déjà Vu. Many may not realize that over half of our inventory is either brand new with tags or gently worn, perhaps used only once—items we all recognize from our own closets. The key is encouraging them to step through our door and discover the quality and uniqueness of our carefully curated selection.

Our vision is to continue evolving as a boutique while staying true to our roots. We actively use our Facebook and Instagram channels to showcase items and promotions, engaging with our community to highlight what Déjà Vu offers. We believe word-of-mouth is key to attracting new customers, and we’re excited about the potential to expand with an online boutique in the future
