For 31 years, Sarah’s Guest House has been a haven of comfort and care for patients and their families traveling to Syracuse for medical treatment. In times that can feel overwhelming and uncertain, our home provides peace, support, and a sense of belonging; along with the nourishment of home cooked meals and rides to and from our area hospitals.

We are thrilled to share the completion of Phase 1 of our renovation and house expansion project — a milestone that allows us to welcome even more guests into our community of compassion. It doubled our space from 11 to 22 bedrooms along with a second kitchen, new lobby, Stickley library and lounge, and a fitness center. It also increased handicapped accessibility with the installation of an elevator! Now, as we move into Phase 2, we turn our focus to essential upgrades: a new roof, boiler, energy efficient windows, and a new fence for our backyard. These improvements will ensure our guests experience the safety and warmth they deserve throughout a health crisis.
