Black Belt & Beyond:

13-Year-Old Jeffrey Remon Dominates in Martial Arts, Academics, and Athletics

Mr. Jeffrey Remon began his martial arts journey in March of 2018 at just five years old. Through dedication and discipline, he earned his Black Belt in November of 2021, followed by his 2nd Degree Black Belt in November of 2023. He is now working diligently toward achieving his 3rd Degree Black Belt.

At 13 years old, Jeffrey is not only a dedicated student but also a leader in the dojo. He enjoys assisting with advanced kicking groups, helping organize demonstrations, and mentoring younger students. His passion lies in the combat side of martial arts, where he has already built an impressive record of 8-2-1, including two victories in boxing. Earlier this year, he captured a Muay Thai championship title in his division, and on Saturday, September 13th, he claimed the Super Fly weight championship belt in a K-1 Muay Thai.

Beyond martial arts, Jeffrey excels academically, maintaining the highest grade point average at his school in Fabius-Pompey for the past three years. He is also a standout athlete in lacrosse—leading his Tully team in scoring this past year, competing in several state and national leagues, and currently playing with the Orange Crush Syracuse lacrosse program.

Jeffrey’s drive, discipline, and leadership both inside and outside the dojo are a true testament to his character and future potential.
