I had the best experience at Heyday! I had heard good things and wanted to see what the hype was all about. The store was beautiful and bright with all kinds of products from lots of my favorite skincare brands. 

My facialist came and greeted me and we discussed my skincare concerns and goals. She explained that they tailor the treatment to my specific needs. Karina recommended their diamond tip microdermabrasion along with the hydro wand infusion treatment, so I agreed and she got started. 

The whole process was relaxing, but beyond that, I really felt like they knew exactly what I was looking for out of the facial. After she wrapped up, she recommended a specific physical exfoliant to maintain the results from the facial.  She also recommended a different type of treatment as a follow-up, and I fully intend on going per Karina's recommendation.
