Strawberry Crackle Salad

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Cups Sliced Strawberries 
1/2 Cup Melted Butter 
2 Cups Crushed Pretzels 
2 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar 
1 Package of Cream Cheese (8oz), softened
1 Container of Cool Whip (8oz)
1/2 Cup Sugar 
1 tsp Vanilla 

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

Wash and slice the strawberries. 

Combine melted butter, crushed pretzels, and brown sugar together. Pour onto a greased baking dish or a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn. 

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Then add in the cool whip and mix together until fluffy. 

Keep everything separate until you are ready to serve. This keeps the pretzels fresh and prevents them from becoming soft. 

When ready to serve, combine everything together. You may have extra strawberries and pretzels leftover!
