Theo, a one-year-old tuxedo cat, has quickly stolen the hearts of the Mouser family. Natalie Mouser shares that they found Theo at Feeder’s Supply and immediately fell in love, making the easy decision to bring him home.

This sweet and affectionate cat loves being around people and enjoys all the attention he can get. Whether he is being rubbed, given treats, or perched by a window watching birds and squirrels, Theo is happiest when he is part of the action. And when it comes to snacks, he is not picky. Theo happily enjoys any and all cat treats.

Theo also has quite the adventurous side. He is an expert tree climber and has a knack for hiding both inside and outside the house, keeping his family on their toes. One of his funniest habits is “talking back” whenever someone speaks to him, always responding with a meow as if he is part of the conversation.

One recent adventure gave the family quite a scare. Theo climbed a tree, possibly after being chased, and went missing for 24 hours. After posting on the Lake Forest Friends Facebook page, a neighbor recognized him and let the family know he was safely perched in their tree. Thankfully, Theo was rescued and brought home, safe and sound.

With his playful personality, affectionate nature, and a little bit of mischief, Theo is truly a treasured member of the Mouser family.
