ColorFest at Bernheim Forest & Arboretum

Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom

Where: Kentucky Kingdom, 937 Phillips Lane 

Details: Louisville’s large holiday festival with over 1.5 million lights, 300+ Christmas trees and decorations, the state’s largest snow tubing hill (175 feet of real snow), holiday rides & entertainment, photo ops with Santa & reindeer. Some rides/attractions may not operate.

Maker Days at the Kentucky Science Center
When: November 14 & 15, 2025 
Where: Kentucky Science Center, 727 West Main Street
Details: Hands-on STEAM career exploration; local professionals share how maker hobbies can translate to future jobs. Lots of interactive maker activities throughout the facility. Free with general admission.

2025 Louisville-Middletown Children’s Festival
When: Sunday, November 16, 2025 • 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where: MidAmerica Sports Center EAST, 2401 Stanley Gault Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40223
Details: FREE family event. Holiday festivities include Santa Claus, character visits (Bluey, Chase & Stitch), a bounce park, ornament making, holiday shopping, a coloring contest, and fun zones like tunnel & fort areas.
