Another Beautiful Home For Sale. Listen to What Your Neighbors Have to Share About Their Experience in Legacy Ridge

Share with us what you love about your home:
We purchased our home, located next to HOA acreage, in 2017. The lot is aesthetically pleasing and can serve as a convenient play area for children. Our grandchildren used the acreage to play sports here often. When it's quiet the deer like to frequent the area as well which provides lots of entertainment. Like many of us, we always loved sitting on the back deck watching the sun set. Later in the evening, visiting with neighbors on the back deck looking at the lights of Spokane in the distance and the Big Dipper overhead, provided lots of memories. During the summer, on very warm days, we relaxed on a secluded section of our front porch that always seemed to remain cool. The open concept of the home with cathedral ceilings and views are a wonderful combination. When the weather turned cold, we found the primary bedroom was a nice way to end the day watching TV with a cozy fire.

What will you miss about living in Legacy Ridge? We will definitely miss the neighbors. Although the wildlife, children's play areas, and scenic walking trails are a close second!

Is there a memory made here you'll never forget? We had friends visiting one summer.  We went to the store to get some steaks to barbecue for later that evening. They asked if it was a wise decision to barbecue on the deck given the weather forecast called for a chance of thundershowers.  We said not to worry, as thundershowers are generally localized in Liberty Lake, and being in the direct path of a thundershower was a rare occurrence. Well, wouldn’t you know, as we were barbequing, thunder could be heard, lighting seen, and storm clouds approaching rapidly in the distance. The meat was cooked by the time the storm reached us, but so was our weather forecasting credibility. However, our friends said watching the storm move in from Spokane was spectacular. They enjoyed the thunder and lightning show almost as much as the food!

How are you feeling about this move? We are leaving Legacy Ridge with mixed feelings.  We are moving to remain close to our grandchildren and we look forward to our next adventure, however, we are leaving what we considered to be our dream home.
