The Roaring 20's

Live music, bootleggers, speakeasy's, feathers and suspenders adorned by all.

Hey Ledgeview Neighbors,

In the hustle of our daily routines, it's easy to overlook the journey we've undertaken and forget to indulge in some well-deserved fun. I recently had the pleasure of attending our National Conference in Atlanta, and even after six years of owning my business, I am continually amazed by the wealth of knowledge shared in each meeting. While these gatherings may not be obligatory, I occasionally question my schedule and the decision to step away, but there's truly nothing like spending a few days with fellow Stroll Magazine owners from across the nation.

Our recent meeting concluded with an extraordinary party, complete with dazzling decor, costumes, and an authentic speakeasy atmosphere. Beyond the glitz, the real highlight was the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. A particularly memorable moment was the performance by our N2unes band, a collaboration of talented Area Directors who, having never practiced together prior, took the stage for the first time and sounded as if they had been playing together for years. It was truly awesome!

As our parent company celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, we couldn't be more excited about our journey so far. The path hasn't always been smooth, and we've certainly learned some lessons the hard way in the business. I'd like to share a few key milestones that reflect our company's evolution over the years. Let me emphasize that, in this digital age, local print media remains one of the most trusted sources of advertising!

In 2004, N2 was born, and to this day, the original owners remain actively involved in our team. By 2006, we proudly launched our first full-color magazine. In 2010, we achieved a significant milestone by producing 100 neighborhood magazines in a single month. The following year, we made our debut on the Inc 5000 list, the first of eight appearances on the fastest-growing private companies list. By 2012, our print production doubled as we produced 200 neighborhood magazines in a single month. In 2018, we expanded our services to include a full-service digital marketing agency, and in 2022, we rebranded to Stroll Magazine. By 2023, our lifetime giving through N2GIVES surpassed $20 million, and in 2024, we celebrate an incredible 20 years in business, all thanks to our loyal readers and business sponsors.

In 2024, our commitment remains unwavering as we continue to partner with the highest-recommended businesses in our community. Our promise to them stays the same – to maintain top-of-mind awareness of their brand among our readers, ensuring they are the first consideration when our residents need services in their respective industries.

As we celebrate the arrival of warmer months, longer days, sunshine, and our 20th anniversary, we also extend a warm welcome to our new and returning partners in the magazine! A heartfelt shout-out to JR Roofing and Siding, Wise Woman Wellness, Eddie's Lawn Care, Van Drisse Chiropractic Center, Cotter Funeral & Cremation Care, Joydevie Infusions and A-Team Cleaners all new partners with Stroll Ledgeview. Additionally, we express our gratitude to our friends at Mackinaws, and Body Bella Transformations, for their continued partnership! Follow our partners on social media, extend a warm welcome, and consider their businesses first for your needs in their respective industries.

Enjoy the March issue of Stroll Ledgeview, and keep looking forward to spring – I promise it's just around the corner.
