We are Jerred and Vicki Holtzople, proud owners of Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning and we’re thrilled to share a bit about our business, our philosophy, and the family values that drive us. Vicki and I are high school sweethearts who married young and will soon celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. We have five children, ranging in age from four to nineteen, with three of them working with us in the business.

At Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning, we specialize in geothermal heat pumps and high-efficiency options, including Trane and Mitsubishi ductless systems. Our services encompass superior sales, service, installation, and maintenance of home and business comfort systems. Our approach is not just about providing excellent products and services; it's deeply rooted in our values and principles.

Our biggest inspiration comes from our extended family, which includes not only our immediate loved ones but also the dedicated employees who have invested their precious time and hard work into building our company. We aspire to build a legacy of helping others in our community, with our name becoming synonymous with honor and integrity. Integrity is more than a buzzword; it’s the foundation of our company.

Honesty and high ethical values are the cornerstones of our operations. When hiring, we prioritize character just as much as qualifications. While skills can be learned, character is developed over time. We invest in our employees by educating them on current industry trends and teaching leadership skills, enabling them to thrive. Our answer is simple: we treat others as we want to be treated, genuinely valuing and respecting each employee and their family. In an industry where employee turnover rates are typically one to two years, our average tenure is eight years. Some of our employees have been with us for over twenty years, and we are extremely grateful for them.

Giving back is a core belief for us. We sponsor numerous local youth sports teams, as well as school and community events. We firmly believe that we are only as strong as the support we give. By fostering a better community, we help create a stronger and more vibrant place for everyone.
