My name is Victor Lourenco, and for me, craftsmanship and family have always gone hand in hand. I was born and raised in Portugal until I was 15 years old, when my family and I moved to Maryland. I attended Magruder High School and later Montgomery College. My passion for building started early. I was just a teenager when I began helping my father in his concrete construction business during the 1990s. From that experience, I knew I wanted to go further: to do more than just concrete work and to collaborate directly with homeowners, creating spaces that brought their visions to life.

In 2006, I founded Danpri Construction. The name is close to my heart, a combination of my two oldest children's names, Daniel and Priscilla. Years later, when our youngest son Nico came along, we expanded our services to include pools, and Danprini Pools was born. My wife and I, along with our three children, live here in the Monrovia area, and our family values are deeply rooted in everything we do.

At Danpri Construction, our mission is simple: to deliver outdoor living solutions that combine superior craftsmanship, creative design, and outstanding customer satisfaction. We specialize in building custom patios, decks, screen porches, and pools, each one designed to reflect the homeowner's lifestyle and vision.
