Forging Strength, Restoring Purpose
Reforge empowers veterans and first responders to thrive.
I co-founded Reforge two years ago with a former Army Ranger after realizing how deeply the system was failing our nation’s heroes. Too many veterans and first responders come home only to lose their health, community, and sense of purpose. From the beginning, our team has been led by veterans and first responders who refuse to treat people like numbers. We show up as brothers and sisters determined to save lives. Reforge is more than a nonprofit, it’s a family, united by the mission to restore strength, connection, and hope.
Our programs meet warriors where they are. We bring people together through golf, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and even monthly cold plunges that reignite camaraderie. We provide no-cost access to life-changing treatments such as hormone therapy, ketamine and trauma therapy, and holistic reset retreats. We also create opportunities for veterans to lead again through initiatives they design themselves, from running clubs to beekeeping to holiday service projects. Our Holiday Hero programs provide delivery of baskets with meals and gifts to families in need, reminding them they are never forgotten.
My inspiration for Reforge comes from a moment I’ll never forget. Years ago, I built a program for a Marine Corps veteran, and a week before he was set to participate, he took his life. That loss broke me but also gave me clarity: veterans don’t need handouts, they need connection, mission, and purpose. Reforge was born from that conviction.
Like any nonprofit, our greatest challenge is resources. The treatments that truly change lives are costly, and the need is overwhelming. We stay relentless by fundraising, building partnerships, and rallying the community to stand with us.
I believe when we stand together, we can save lives, honor those we’ve lost, and prove that service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
