Ryan Electric was established by my father, Stan, in 2006, back when I was still an apprentice. We decided to name the business Ryan, after my middle name, and it's been a family affair ever since. My dad's background as an electrical engineer and senior project manager for Bechtel, combined with my 5-year electrical apprenticeship and subsequent journey to become a licensed master electrician, created the perfect synergy for our business. Stan was a huge motivation for me going into business, and his guidance and expertise have been invaluable every step of the way.

I was raised in Montgomery County, where I lived with my tight-knit family including great parents and siblings. Since 2008, I've called New Market home. My sister Jennie also joined the business, handling everything on the office side, while my wife, Rachael, stepped in as the head of residential operations. It truly is a family company, and our mission is to make every client feel like part of our extended family.

As part of our commitment to the community we serve, we sponsor local high school sports booster clubs and participate in the FCBIA youth task force to educate the next generation on the importance of the trades industry.
