Throughout her career, Rebecca Valle has developed a strong foundation in business and marketing while serving as a director of esthetics at a local franchise spa. A licensed esthetician with over ten years of experience in the industry, Rebecca owns and operates this month’s sponsor spotlight: Graceful Skin Facial Studio.

“My journey in the beauty industry began as a makeup artist, where I quickly developed a passion for helping clients care for their skin,” shares Rebecca. “This love for skincare inspired me to transition into a spa environment, leading me to take on various roles such as spa manager, lead, and director of esthetics at a franchise location. Through these experiences, I gained invaluable insights into the business and learned how to truly cater to clients’ needs.”

When the opportunity came for Rebecca to build her own business, she didn’t just see it as a professional milestone; she took it as a personal mission to show her daughters that their mom could create a thriving business that prioritizes helping and caring for others in a beautiful way.

At Graceful Skin Facial Studio, Rebecca provides customized facial services tailored to help clients achieve their overall skincare goals. I offer a wide range of exceptional treatments using Image Skincare products, including microdermabrasion, LED therapy, nano pen infusion, microcurrent treatments, ultrasonic facials, and high-frequency therapies,” Rebecca says. “Additionally, I specialize in hair removal treatments, utilizing wax for both facial and body services. My aim is to create a personalized experience for each client, ensuring they receive the best care suited to their unique skin needs.”

What makes Rebecca’s business unique is the personalized approach I take with every client, coupled with my extensive experience in the beauty industry. Additionally, Rebecca says her faith in the Lord plays a significant role in how she operates her business. As a Christian woman, she believes that her work is a calling to serve others, and strives to create a welcoming and uplifting environment where clients feel valued and cared for, both in their skincare journey and as individuals.

One of Rebecca’s passions is training and mentoring aspiring estheticians. “It brings me great joy to help them refine their skills and grow professionally. I truly love working with clients, as it allows me to help them feel beautiful and confident in their own skin,” admits Rebecca. She is a proud mother of two amazing daughters and has an incredible husband who has been her biggest supporter throughout my journey. She’s passionate about giving back to those who serve our community, and has established a program that offers free facial services to veterans, veteran spouses, first responders, and single parents.

Rebecca feels blessed to have support from those around her. Her vision for the future is to expand into a larger spa that not only meets the needs of her clients, but also creates  opportunities for others in the industry. She wants to provide a nurturing environment where new estheticians can develop their skills and flourish in their careers. In addition to this growth, Rebecca is dedicated to hosting events that educate and support my clients, as well as students entering the beauty industry. Her next event, scheduled for September, will focus on helping clients and students who are going back to school.
