Residents Robin Gower and Stephen Hodges marry in Lake Caroline!
On May 5, 2025, Lake Caroline residents, Robin Gower and Stephen Hodges, were married in the green space at Martinique! Robin recently shared about their special day with Stroll Lake Caroline:
"Steve was my first crush in high school (he had no idea). We reconnected through Facebook and started talking and decided to give it a try. We had no idea how wonderful it would be! We have never been happier in our entire lives.
Steve proposed and completely shocked me, and of course I said 'yes!' We decided to not have a big wedding, we just wanted it to be small and personal. We married in the morning under the gazebo in the green space at Martinique. Steve Thomas, Chaplain of the Madison Fire Department, was the officiant and Bubba Gower was the only attendee. The wedding was so sweet and perfect! After the wedding, we honeymooned in Siesta Key, Florida for a week."
Robin and Stephen also recently started their own business, STEVE AND ROBIN'S HOME AND HANDY HELP! They offer reliable pet sitting and handyman services including home repair, furniture assembly, hanging art and curtains, gutter cleaning and more!
